Eowyn Wilde, founder of Flistro, began working with Mix Diversity, a UK-based, purpose-led organisation focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). 

Mix’s work spans training, events, and consultancy, all aimed at embedding inclusive thinking in workplaces and leadership. 

Their message was powerful, the impact was real. But the digital side of their business was slowing down their ability to communicate their impact.

“They were doing brilliant things. But they were having to work around their systems, or avoid them altogether.”

Internal engagement with the website was low leaving the passionate team, frustrated at the pace of progress.

“The site had been appropriate for Mix when they were quite small, but it didn’t reflect that some of their clients were huge global players. It wasn’t actually representing what they doing or attracting the kind ofclients they wanted to get.”
