Elmstar’s website was outdated and misaligned with the business. It still featured content from years ago and no longer reflected the commercial growth they were targeting.

Internally, founder Jason was driving growth across the business. But with so many demands on his time, he needed a clearer digital direction to match his ambition.

“We still had Christmas 2021 messaging live. The site didn’t reflect where we were heading.”

He’d had mixed experiences with web designers before and lacked a sounding board who could challenge and support his thinking. 

There were also internal blockers. Content delays, changing priorities, and the typical overwhelm of an SME leader wearing too many hats.

Jason needed more than a website. He needed brand alignment, strategic direction, and a team that would guide him through the process of more consistent lead generation.

Over the next 12 months, Jason led the charge through a growing and evolving brief whilst trying to balance the day-to-day operations with a major digital overhaul.
